Dr. Chris Hill has started his first ever summer internship called Roar Institute! available for college-aged young adults (ages 18 and older) who desire to serve Jesus Christ through working as both Kings and Priests. If you are a young adult who wants a deeper knowledge, Training and understanding of full-time ministry, business, spiritual counseling, church operations, church planting, outreach and a number of other things, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This program will begin May 31, 2023 through August 7, 2023. Those selected will come to Denver, Colorado for the summer and will be provided with food and lodging for the entirety of the internship. The summer interns work in partnership with the Hill Family, Ministry staff, Business Leaders, and under the direct supervision of the Higher Level Denver Dream Team & R.O.A.R Global Lead Staff.

This is a great opportunity to participate in a program that focuses on our mission L.I.F.E & R.O.A.R, the acronyms we use as our outline for ministry and business practices. We will teach you to impact the lives of people by building relationships, and the facilitation of programs that build faith in God, as well as building you personally in business and life skills. Over the course of the summer Interns will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills by designing, implementing, and evaluating programs such as children's ministry, tech and design, service flow, servanthood, event planning, marketing, social media growth and more. Going through a rotation in every area to give each intern a well rounded view of all it takes to plant, pastor or lead a ministry. Participants will also learn the importance of balancing ministry skills and real-life skills that will change the way you approach everyday life while trying to pursue ministry. This hands-on approach to ministry, business, and life offers college-aged young adults a summer to explore a call to ministry, and the call to be successful in life and business.
